Fat quarters are the best, because you can cut virtually any shape and size you need. But when you know you need 2 1/2" pieces, jelly rolls rule!
I like Moda's Etchings. Love those colors.
I like fat quarters best because there is more fabric for more variety.

I like jelly rolls and charm packs. Jelly rolls, because they are so easy to use for paper piecing and charm packs because they make quick and cuts quilts easily.
My favorite from October's arrivals is the Butterscotch Rose line -- so pretty!
I love to work with Jelly rolls because they are able to be used as strips or bricks or 2 1/2 inch squares.
I like the flora line, there are so many patterns that catch my eye.
I currently am loving layer cakes! I am really enjoying the ease of big block quilts and the versatility to chop them into pieces if I want to!
I can't wait for puttin on the ritz.
charm packs are my favorite because it's so easy to make a simple baby quilt with them.

I love Jelly Rolls and Layer Cakes. Again, I can't choose just one!
My favorite pre-cut is fq bundle - because I like a wide variety of fabrics and large enough pieces to use for most sizes of blocks and bed-sized quilts. Flexibility is the best adjective to use for fq bundles.
Butterscotch is beautiful - I will have to get me some!
I like all the precuts but my favorite is charm packs. You can make a cute little item for very little investment.

Hard to choose as there are so many pretty ones, but I'll go with Cape Ann.
I like charms as they are a great size for making many blocks.

Ooh, I really like the Cape Ann line. I haven't seen it before. I also really like Flora and Ruby.
I like using precuts, and I think layer cakes are my favorite. There's a lot of usable space, but not so much that you have a lot of scraps to store.
Had some difficulty getting the pre-orders displayed - the page loaded scrambled - so, hope located the right month - Ruby and Etchings both appeal to me. First, my grandmother's name was Rubye and second Etchings is just so unique that is eye catching.
What a great selection. i love the fall colors, Indian Summer, Birch bark, Cattails Clover but then I also love the Flora line and the Old fashioned Calico. Nice, Nice, fabric
I love the layer cakes. You can cut them into so many shapes and they aren't so small when you cut them down.

Ooo I love the Birch Bark Batiks, Cattails Clover looks yummy too! Fairy Tale Friends looks very amusing and interesting that would be a fun one to work with. Puttin on the Ritz looks very sophisticated and it comes in different colors, but they all look like they would coordinate together as well. Ruby is very Cheery looking. Your gonna break the bank. I hope I sell the other house before October, till then I am on a fabric budget, tight one too!!!

Fat quarters, you know it will always be big enough for whatever piece you need in a block, you can cut jelly rolls, layer cakes or charm packs from them, and still have scraps leftover!
I really was a jelly roll queen but am leaning more toward fat quarter bundles now...hmmmmm

My favorite pre-cuts in order are fat quarters because I will always have some left over for binding or something. The jelly roll would be #2 because their are so many things you can do with them and, their are tons of patterns. Has to be Ruby - love that line of fabric.
I like all pre-cuts, but find myself buying fat 1/8th or FQ bundles the most. I believe that's because I can get more cuts out of the fabric and if I make a mistake there's usually enough leftover that it's okay!
My favorite precut is the Jelly Roll. 2.5" strips are what I use most.

I love FQ bundles. If you have a FQ bundle you are generally not limited in what you can do with it like you are with a Jelly roll or charm pack.
Wow - lots of dark colors coming out in Oct. but some bright spots too. I like bright so I'll pick Ruby as my favorite.
I think Fat Quarter bundles are the most versatile for a project - you can cut them into whatever you want & still have some left over!
Old Fashion Calicos - in the charm packs - I've been looking for these to start my very first "Dear Jane" quilt and these are perfect!
I am collecting pinks and grays for a quilt....so I am going with Puttin on the Ritz!!
My fav precut is the layer cake. You have more of a blank slate to cut them into different shapes and sizes!!

I haven't used a jelly roll yet, but I think I'll like them (have a couple waiting to be tried!) I do love Layer Cakes, and HSTs with Charm Packs are addictive. But probably I am still a FQ girl overall because I don't usually know exactly what quilt pattern I'll want to use when I see fabrics I really love.

If I had the money I would say the FQBs because you can get so much out of them. But my budget only allows Layer Cakes, Jelly Rolls or Charm Packs.
